Beatrice Ludwig lic iur (Universitaet Zuerich), LLM (University of NSW), Dip Law (Legal Practitioners Admission Board, Sydney)
​is the Principal Solicitor at Ludwig Lawyers. Beatrice established the legal practice in March 2011.

More about Beatrice

After graduating with a law degree from Universitaet Zuerich, Switzerland, in 1995, Beatrice started her legal career as a commercial lawyer in Zuerich and Ambri (Ticino). Beatrice then moved to Australia, where she completed a Master of Laws in Corporate, Commercial and Taxation Law at the University of New South Wales, followed by the Diploma of Law at the Legal Practitioner Admission Board (part time). Beatrice was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2005 and was added to the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia in 2008.

Beatrice has experience in running complicated litigation matters. She has a reputation for finding simple and effective solutions for complex problems.

Previous employers include Anwaltskanzlei Juri, the Australian Government Solicitor, LexisNexis Butterworths, Freehills and Turner Freeman.

In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys scientific research, agro-ecological farming and travelling in search of the best approaches to landscape management and restoration. Beatrice is passionate about healthy landscapes, food and people. She has co-produced hundreds of sustainability events and workshops.
